Planning Section:
Carrying out urban renewal and development research; drafting urban redevelopment policies and laws and urban redevelopment plans; designating urban redevelopment areas; managing redevelopment funds; taking charge of business management and financial analysis of redeveloped real estate; controling budget; managing subsidy programs as well as bulk transfer; promoting public relations and public service.
Redevelopment Section:
Urban renewal development strategic planning, public land development and design coordination, government-led public urban renewal case promotion, public urban renewal preliminary planning assessment, urban renewal scheme planning and design, valuation and financial evaluation, public urban renewal project control and engineering planning process review.
Project Review Section:
Carries out drafting,review,approval,coordination,supervision,management of reconstruction,renovations and other urban renewal tasks.
Engineering Section:
Carrying out the planning, supervision, and implementation of engineering work for redevelopment projects; construction for community environment improvement, and other promotion programs.
Coordination Section:
- Planning and implementation of urban regeneration.
- Guidance on neighborhood space regeneration and environmental improvement projects.
- Reuse of neighborhood working spaces.
- Setting up a community working platform through cross-departmental approach.
- Cooperation with community-based organizations.
- Promotion of urban regeneration policies and ideas.
